One Night Stay Before Going To The Airport
Very comfortable room with private bathroom. Excellent service and facilities. Very good for going to the airport, and at the same time well communicated to the city centre.

Overnight Stay
Stayed overnight on my way from Airport. It was easy to find and only a short walk from the bus stop. Even though it is situated on a main road, it was so quiet in my room, I though I was the only guest, but I wasn't. I had a lovely room with a comfortable double bed. Lots of coffee on the hospitality tray. There were lots of takeaway and restaurant's within walking distance for those who need an evening meal. My bathroom was spotless and to my delight toothpaste was provided with a travel toothbrush, as I had forgotten to buy some at the airport. These extra touches are a godsend to a weary traveller. Breakfast was great, I opted for the cooked full English, however, there was a huge selection for those who wanted "continental". I liked the fact there was a large car park if I needed it and little extra's like umbrellas for guest use, thankfully the weather was lovely and I didn't have to use one. Lots of literature of what is on in Edinburgh and vouches for money off the City Tour Bus. My short time at Netherby House was a pleasant experience and recommend with no hesitation.

Value For Money
We stayed at Netherby while in Edinburgh visiting friends, it was an ideal choice being half way between the airport and the city, the rooms were very clean and the breakfasts were well prepared with a good selection of cereal, fresh fruit, croissants ect as well as a full cooked Scottish breakfast. would definitely return.
